Spreads and Dips: The meal for the Last Supper “Spreads and Dips” consists of a pot luck contributed by individuals who use food as a medium for expression to create dialogues. growing and/or obtaining sustainable, organic, local, ethical food. Breads and other dipping/spreading surfaces will be in movement throughout the evening, You are invited to “spread” and “dip” into the process.Every dip, spread, and dipping/spreading surface will labeled with its origin. Attendees are encouraged to be a part of the geography. “Spreads and Dips” will evolve to create a model of exchange, a kind of movable cartography which, from our collective actions, demonstrates the possibility of changing (with) the landscape.
